Storey side Extension

Our team was responsible for a construction project in the neighborhood of Beeches Road, Tooting Bec. The project included a 2-storey side extension, a 1-storey rear extension, and a loft extension. However, we faced significant challenges related to the soil condition and the need to reinforce the existing structure.

To tackle these challenges, we conducted a detailed geotechnical analysis of the soil. This helped us to design a stable and long-lasting foundation for the extensions. Working closely with structural engineers, we implemented innovative solutions to reinforce and fortify the existing structure.

The result is a seamless integration of the new and existing elements, which reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions even in complex site conditions.
