Successfully built two new houses

Located in the beautiful area of Farningham Road in Crowborough, our recent project involved the construction of two new houses. The biggest challenges we faced during the construction were the site levels and the integration of essential services. The undulating terrain presented a unique challenge in creating uniform site levels. Our experienced team used meticulous grading and leveling techniques to ensure that the houses blended in seamlessly with the natural contours of the landscape. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also improves the functionality and accessibility of each property. To meet the need for services, we created a comprehensive plan for the installation of utilities and amenities. We made sure that the modern infrastructure was integrated seamlessly, providing each house with the necessary utilities while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the development.
